GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IVF, A Little Differently
I. Introductory Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to the purchase of the digital product IVF, A Little Differently (hereinafter "ebook") through the website www.asha-fertility.com. The purchase is based on a Purchase Agreement concluded between the Seller and the Buyer. These GTC form an integral part of the Purchase Agreement. By clicking the purchase button, the Buyer confirms they have read and agree to these GTC.

III. Order and Purchase Agreement
The Purchase Agreement is concluded at the moment the Buyer completes the purchase through the Gumroad payment platform at www.asha-fertility.com. The Buyer will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided during purchase. All communication between the Seller and the Buyer will be conducted via email.
IV. Price and Payment
The price of the ebook is 34 EUR. All payments are processed securely through Gumroad. Gumroad acts as the merchant of record for all international transactions and handles applicable VAT and sales tax obligations in the respective countries on behalf of the Seller. The Buyer will receive a payment confirmation immediately after the transaction is completed.
V. Delivery
The ebook will be delivered digitally immediately after payment is confirmed. The Buyer will receive a download link via email to the address provided during purchase. The ebook is delivered in PDF format. The Seller is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address provided by the Buyer.
VI. Technical Requirements
To access the ebook, the Buyer needs a device capable of opening PDF files (computer, tablet, smartphone) and a PDF reader application. No special software is required beyond a standard PDF reader.
VII. Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement
According to applicable consumer protection law, the Buyer acknowledges that by completing the purchase and gaining immediate access to the digital content, they expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledge that they thereby lose the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. As a gesture of goodwill, the Seller offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the ebook for any reason within 30 days of purchase, they may contact the Seller at info@asha-fertility.com and request a full refund.
VIII. Copyright
The ebook and all its contents are protected by copyright. The Buyer is entitled to use the ebook for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution,
sharing, or resale of the ebook or its contents without the Seller's prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
IX. Disclaimer
The information contained in this ebook is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The Buyer is encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to their health routine. The Seller bears no responsibility for any outcomes resulting from the application of information contained in the ebook.
X. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Any complaints or questions can be directed to info@asha-fertility.com. The Seller will respond
within 5 business days. Buyers who are consumers based in the EU have the right to use the online dispute resolution platform provided by the European Commission at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
XI. Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these GTC unilaterally. The version of the GTC valid at the time of the order placement applies to each individual purchase. Personal data protection is governed by a separate Privacy Policy available on the website.
These GTC are effective from August 26, 2026.
